After a long break, we will soon be opening with a new shop, new equipment and a new team.

We are hiring: Head Barista & Team + Head Chef & Team.

We're a Speciality Coffee Shop in Prenzlauer Berg and we're looking for passionate and experienced baristas and kitchen staff to join our team. Ideally long term (at least 1 year). Full time and part time possible. If you love hospitality and have:

  • experience in upscale high volume speciality coffee shops or restaurants
  • (for baristas) the ability to create amazing latte art, pull different profiles of espresso and use several different brewing methods even under stress,
  • a positive attitude, team spirit and superb communication skills.

This coffee is a sweet chocolate like coffee, with an orangy taste followed by almond and praline. A classic profile that suits the coffee well.

ETHIOPIA DAMBI UDO
Who: Buno General Training
Region: Dambi Udo, Guji, Oromia
Country: Ethiopia
Varietal: Heirloom
Altitude: 2100m
Process: Natural
This Ethiopian offers a slightly softer blueberry acidity, which transitions through to a deep strawberry jammy body and florals to finish.

Country: Kenya
Varietals: SL28, SL34
Altitude: 1800m
Process: Washed
It's smooth and syrupy, offering more bold and less tart notes of mango, blackcurrant and lime.

Country: Peru
Varietal: Mixed
Altitude: 1900m
Process: Washed
A bright lemon acidity, followed by layers of complex sweetness. Banana, mandarin, caramel and skittles.

TIME FOR COLD BREW & ICE COFFEE!

Everything is melting these days so it's about time to think about switching your regular drip coffee to a juicy 16 hour long cold extracted Cold brew and have a proper Ice Coffee as desert after your brunch. Hmmmm. We know there’re many things you obviously aren’t supposed to put in speciality coffee. But at 30*C an ice coffee certainly isn’t becoming less tempting with specialty coffee in it.
