Privacy policy




§ 1. General

Your personal data (for example, title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account, credit card number) will be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. The following rules inform you about the type, extent and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy statement applies only to our websites. If you are directed through links on our pages to other pages, please inform yourself there about the handling of your data.


§ 2 inventory data

(1) Processing purpose 

Your personal data, which you provide us with in the order process, is required for a contract with us. You are not required to provide your personal information. However, we can not send you the goods without your address. For some payment methods, we require the necessary payment data in order to pass it on to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered during the ordering process is therefore carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.  If you send us an inquiry by e-mail, via a contact form, etc., before the conclusion of the contract, we process the data received in this way for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures. We store the data required for the execution of the contract until the expiry of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods.  We retain the data required under commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law, usually ten years (see § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).  The data processed for the implementation of pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and no obvious conclusion is reached.

Our legitimate interest is the public exchange of user opinions on specific topics and products. The publication is used inter alia. the transparency and opinion forming. Your interest in data protection is maintained, as you can publish your comment under a pseudonym.

A certain storage period is not provided. You can request the deletion of your comment at any time. 


You have the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR and not to direct mail for reasons arising from your particular situation.  In the case of direct mail, however, you can object to the processing at any time without stating reasons.


§ 4 credit check through BillPay

If you opt for one of the payment options of our partner BillPay GmbH (, you will be asked in the order process to consent to the transfer of the necessary for the settlement of payment and identity and credit check data to BillPay. Unless you give your consent, your data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, date of birth, telephone number and the purchase by direct debit the specified account number) and the data are disclosed in connection with your order to BillPay. The technically necessary cookies are usually deleted when the browser is closed. Permanently stored cookies have a different lifespan of a few minutes to several years.

§ 6 Social Plugins from Facebook and Twitter

§ 8 information

If personal data is processed by you, you are a victim within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights towards us as responsible: 

1. Right to information  

Under Art. 15 GDPR you can request information about your personal data processed by us. 

2. Right to rectification  

If the information concerning you is no longer correct, you may request a correction under Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request a completion. 

3. Right to cancellation  

You may request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR. 

4. Right to restriction of processing   

Within the framework of the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to demand a restriction on the processing of your data.  

5. Right to Data Portability   

According to Art. 20 GDPR you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person in charge.

6. Right to revoke the data protection consent declaration    

According to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke your data protection consent declaration at any time. The lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected. 

7. Right to complain to a supervisory authority  

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR (in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of alleged infringement) to.  

Please also note your right of objection under Art. 21 GDPR:   

a) General: reasoned opposition required If the processing of you personal data takes place  - to safeguard our overriding legitimate interest (legal basis pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR) or  - in the public interest (legal basis under Art. 6 (1) (e) GDPR),   you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons that arise from your particular situation; this also applies to a profiling based on the provisions of the GDPR.  In the event of an objection we will no longer process the personal data concerning you, unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.   

b) Special case direct mail: simple opposition is sufficient  If the personal data relating to you are processed in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object to this processing at any time and without stating reasons; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct mail.  If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
